An accredited healthcare facility and a board certified physician is assigned based on the address provided in your Appointment Request. Information about the physician and facility assigned can be found in your patient forms packet or by calling our office at (847) 986 8999.
The minimum criteria for a physician and facility can be found on our Quality page.
The facility is always located in the general metropolitan area of Chicago, IL.

 

Is there a wait to schedule an appointment at the Chicago locations?

Appointments are usually scheduled about 2 weeks out in Chicago. In the event of a emergency, appointments can be scheduled earlier.

 

Is an office visit required before the colonoscopy?

No. An office visit before a colonoscopy is not required. You will be asked to complete a medical history questionnaire that will be reviewed by a physician at the time of scheduling.

 

What qualifications do the physicians and facilities in Chicago have?

Our minimum criteria for physicians and facilities can be found on our Quality page. Our single biggest priority is quality of care. You can rest assured that any physician you see through our program is Board Certified and has been through a strict credentialing process.

 

Do you offer colonoscopies in other cities in Illinois?

We do not have a standard offering in any other city in Illinois at this time.
Our foremost goal is to encourage people to get colonoscopies. If needed, we do sometimes arrange the procedure in other cities however this decision is made on a case by case basis. Just submit a request as usual, and leave a note in the comments section.
