Brochures and Patient Literature

If you are a primary physician or a social worker that would like to give underinsured adults a low cost option to get screened for colon cancer, please contact us via email at physicians@colonoscopyassist.com.

We will send you a pamphlet about our program, and brochures that you can pass on to your patients at no cost.

If you have access to resources or information that could be helpful for our program, we would like to hear from you.

 

Gastroenterologists and General Surgeons

Our program is possible today due to the relationships we have with Gastroenterologists and General surgeons. They are the backbone of our program. We are always looking to actively increase the number of facilities where we offer colonoscopies.
